**Date:** Oct 22, 2025 **Location:** LIMA, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Ensure the execution of the Quarterly Business Review - QBR (the forums reviewing the company's transformational projects), consolidating key information from strategic projects, and ensuring report quality to guarantee proper project tracking and facilitate timely decision-making to maximize the value of the company's portfolio. As well as lead continuous process improvement by designing and implementing methodological enhancements and analytical tools that strengthen the strategic tracking system. Additionally, lead the strategic innovation committee by supporting project leaders and ensuring the most relevant information is presented for optimal decision-making. **What will you do in your role?** * Organize QBR forums (reviews of transformational projects) with key information on pipeline status and strategic visibility into project progress. * Consolidate and validate strategic project information. * Advise the company’s most strategic projects in reviewing business cases supporting investment and prioritization of projects presented at the forum. * Propose methodologies encouraging project prioritization or deprioritization based on available bandwidth and strategic relevance. * Lead continuous improvement of the QBR process. * Ensure proper functioning of the toolkit and data integrity uploaded by project leaders through alignment and review meetings. * Monitor schedules of major projects. * Identify opportunities for simplification and automation within internal area processes. * Advise disruptive innovation teams to strengthen business cases presented at the innovation committee. **What do we need from you?** * Education: + Economist, Industrial Engineer, Business Engineer, or related fields. * Technical skills: + Advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Pivot, macros, ThinkCell, etc.) and dashboard management (Power BI), essential. + Knowledge of financial project evaluation, new product launch assessment, essential. + Knowledge of business analytics or advanced analytics, essential. + Knowledge of governance and management of strategic project pipelines, essential. + Knowledge of project management processes (Stage Gate methodology, Lean Startup, Design Thinking, others), essential. + Knowledge of technological tools and/or artificial intelligence applied to process improvement or project management, desirable. * Experience: + 4 to 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in transformational projects such as disruptive product launches, digital projects, data projects, process improvement, efficiency initiatives, etc. + Target sectors: consumer goods companies, B2B, retail, services, consulting, banking with cross-company strategic project management governance. + Target positions: Roles involving project management, new product launches, financial evaluation of projects.
