Research trends for student recruitment At **Montalvo Institute**, we seek a creative, strategic, and results-oriented professional to lead our digital presence, develop engaging content, and strengthen our brand positioning on social media. ***San Miguel Office*** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related fields. * Proficiency in managing social media KPIs. * Experience in managing digital campaigns and social media, preferably in education and/or services. * Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, My Business, SEO/SEM. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage and schedule social media content. * Plan, implement, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and new digital recruitment channels. * Administer budgets and allocate investment according to reach, lead generation, and conversion objectives. * Analyze the digital funnel from lead generation to enrollment. * Prepare periodic reports with KPIs, results, insights, and optimization recommendations. * Research trends, formats, and new channels to expand student recruitment. **SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:30 pm * Two Saturdays per month, 8:30 am to 11:30 am **BENEFITS:** * Full payroll registration (vacation, CTS, bonuses, family allowance, etc.) * Corporate benefits * Positive work environment * Bi-weekly and end-of-month payments * Career development path Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,200\.00 per month Application Questions: * How many years of experience do you have in this role? * In which industries/sectors have you previously worked? * What is your academic degree? * Please indicate your district of residence: * Contact number (calls and WhatsApp) * Which metrics have you managed? * Please state your salary expectation: Work Location: On-site employment
