




We are currently looking for 01 Warehouse Assistants for the Operations area. What do you need to apply? * Technical or university education (incomplete or graduated) in administration, industrial engineering, logistics or related fields. * Attitude and proactivity (ESSENTIAL) * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and final customer dispatch, as well as distribution procedures. * Intermediate level in Office software * Intermediate to advanced level in Excel (must be proven). * Experience handling Kardex, Picking and Packing. What will be your responsibilities as a Warehouse Assistant? * Responsible for documenting incoming and outgoing product controls. * Responsible for merchandise coding and location. * Review and follow up on established reports and optimize them. * Review dispatch picking. * Check receipt, transfers, and merchandise collection, verifying codes. * Timely customer service and dispatch within established timeframes. * Issue and generate sample reports, customer service reports, and other reports assigned by your supervisor. * Other duties inherent to the position and required by your immediate supervisor.
