We seek to ensure that all employees at Arca Continental feel: Respected and valued for their individuality and not excluded in their interactions with other employees, thereby creating conditions that allow us to obtain the best ideas, perspectives, decisions, and contributions from each employee. **We are currently seeking WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT \- CEDI PUCUSANA:** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Have 6 months of recent experience as a stacking operator, warehouse assistant, or production worker (RECOMMENDED). * Experience in picking, packing, and product sorting (DESIRABLE). * Possess a certificate of completed secondary education or RENIEC's C4 document (MANDATORY). * Availability to work rotating shifts (6 AM \- 2 PM, 2 PM \- 10 PM, and 10 PM \- 6 AM). * Reside in districts adjacent to the PUCUSANA site (CHILCA / PUCUSANA / MALA) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Follow quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety standards. * Comply with existing control measures described in the IPER matrix (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) and the environmental aspects matrix. * Identify non-conforming products from operational products. * Perform unloading of units arriving from routes. * Record product losses occurring in the warehouse. * Transfer damaged products to the exchange area. * Track batch and/or product entry date for proper rotation. * Keep products clean and in good condition. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the assigned area. **BENEFITS:** * Direct payroll inclusion from the first day of work * Statutory benefits (Essalud, CTS, family allowance, bonuses, vacation) * Daily wage of S/. 40 (monthly base salary of S/. 1200 \+ overtime pay). * Additional food card of S/.61 per month after completing the third month. * Quarterly performance bonus * Night shift bonus (when working shifts between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.) * 100% covered meals at our dining facilities. * Corporate benefits (educational assistance, contests, prizes, vacation allowance, among others). * Life insurance from the first day of employment. * Accident insurance.
