At **Ayni Coffee**, a specialty Peruvian-identity café located in Miraflores, we are seeking a responsible, organized Warehouse Keeper with extensive Excel experience to ensure proper handling and valuation of supplies across our cafés and production center. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a warehouse keeper in restaurants, cafés, or bakeries. * Extensive Excel proficiency (pivot tables, stock reports, and valuation). * Knowledge of warehouse valuation and inventory management. * Valid health certificate (mandatory). * Organized, punctual, and able to work under pressure. * Residing in areas near Miraflores (desirable). * Immediate availability. **Responsibilities:** * Receive, verify, and store supplies according to delivery guides and invoices. * Perform warehouse valuations and cost reporting using Excel. * Monitor and maintain updated inventory records for supplies and products. * Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and production teams to ensure timely supply delivery. * Liaise with suppliers and area supervisors. * Supervise proper storage practices (FIFO/FEFO rotation, temperature control, cleanliness). * Prepare stock, shortage, and loss reports. * Assist in weekly and monthly inventory counts. **Work Schedule:** * Full-time, 48 hours per week. * Fixed schedule from Monday to Saturday. * One weekday day off (Monday through Thursday). **Benefits:** * Fixed salary: S/.1,300\. * Full MYPE payroll registration after the first month of employment. * Meals covered during shifts. * Training in internal inventory processes and warehouse control. * Opportunities for development and growth within an expanding company. * Excellent working environment within a professional and dynamic team. **Key Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Advanced Excel skills applied to inventory valuation. * Honesty and responsibility in handling supplies. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Proactivity and commitment.
