The role aims to ensure efficient, organized, and empathetic service to patients and visitors in compliance with MINSA and SUSALUD regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive, register, and classify administrative and clinical documents. * Safeguard and ensure the confidentiality of medical records. * Provide clear, empathetic, and timely service to external users. * Manage physical and virtual complaint books. * Assist in digitization and archiving of institutional documents. **Requirements:** * **Technical degree** or bachelor's in Administration, Archival Science, Technical Nursing, or related fields. * Preferably 1 year of experience in healthcare institutions or public service. * **Knowledge of document management (AGN, Law 27444\), customer service, and Data Protection Law (Law 29733\).** * Basic proficiency in digital tools **(Word, Excel, institutional email).** * Competencies: empathy, assertive communication, organization, ethics, and responsibility. **Benefits:** * Employment on MYPE payroll with all legal benefits (CTS, vacation, bonuses, EsSalud). * Financial incentives for meals, transportation, and performance. * Ongoing training in document management and healthcare service. * Positive work environment and opportunities for professional development.
