We are looking for **Customer Service Representatives** for an **on-site** campaign in the **early morning shift**. **Main responsibilities:** * 90% phone support and 10% email support. Service type: First-line customer support for a retail platform similar to Amazon, focused on customers in Spain. Main responsibilities \- Handle inquiries regarding order status, returns, and repairs. \- Provide support for any doubts, questions, or issues related to the service, primarily via phone calls. \- Offer appropriate solutions and conduct probing to identify the root cause of problems. **Working conditions:** * Fixed 3-month contract. * Paid virtual training for 10 days (Monday to Friday, from 3:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.). * Contract signed upon completion of training. * Base salary: **S/1,300 per month** \+ **night shift bonus**. * Additional bonuses: * **S/450 for meeting performance indicators.** * **S/400 hiring bonus.** * **S/15 transportation bonus.** * Biweekly payments and full payroll registration from day one. * Rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday (shifts between 2:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., 9-hour workday \+ 45-minute break). * One rotating day off per week. * Work on public holidays according to the calendar. * Location: **Chacarilla – Av.
