**DISTRIBUTION ANALYST - TACNA** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical-Electrical Engineering. * Knowledge of electrical regulations such as the Electric Concessions Law and Electrical Risk Safety **(Essential)**. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Knowledge of electrical distribution. * Basic knowledge of SAP – materials module. * Advanced Excel skills **(Essential)**. * Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance and distribution. * Class A1 driver's license with at least 3 years of validity. * Location: Tacna * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop, coordinate, and manage the operation and maintenance of transmission and electrical distribution systems, ensuring service continuity, reliability, and quality. * Efficiently manage human, material, and logistical resources assigned to the area, ensuring their optimal use. * Supervise and evaluate compliance with preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans and programs, implementing continuous improvements in processes. * Comply with and enforce Technical Quality Standards for Electrical Services (NTCSE) and occupational health and safety regulations. * Prepare measurements, technical reports, and maintenance settlements, as well as the Technical and Economic Proposal (PTE), in coordination with the relevant department. * Keep geo-referenced information of electrical systems updated on platforms such as Smallworld and AutoCAD. * Address customer complaints and technical requests, ensuring timely responses and solutions within quality standards. * Coordinate and manage branch maintenance plans, ensuring proper execution of activities and technical evaluation of electrical system components. * Supervise field and emergency work, including contractor activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, schedules, and safety standards. * Comply with internal rules, regulations, and company policies, including electrical safety, environment, ethics, and social responsibility, reporting any detected technical or measurement irregularities. **BENEFITS:** * Competitive market salary. * General regime payroll. * Food card. * Life insurance under the law starting from the first day of work. * EPS coverage at a minimal cost, according to the chosen plan. * Opportunities for growth based on job performance. * Commuting transportation. * Be part of an expanding company operating in a key sector for the global economy, whose business model positively impacts the lives of thousands of people.
