ENDOCRINOLOGIST – APPOINTMENT-BASED CONSULTATIONS

Position Summary: Magnifique Medicine is seeking an Endocrinologist to conduct consultations, diagnose, and support patients with endocrine conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with other medical specialties. Stable, long-term professional collaboration. **Magnifique Medicine**, a medical center dedicated to health, holistic well-being, and personalized medicine, is currently seeking an **Endocrinologist** to join our professional team in Lima. We seek a candidate with excellent patient communication skills, strong clinical judgment, ability to work interdisciplinarily, and particular interest in metabolic health, weight management, and prevention. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct endocrinological consultations and evaluations. * Diagnose and support patients with insulin resistance, thyroid disorders, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, obesity, and other endocrine conditions. * Order, interpret, and follow up on clinical laboratory tests. * Develop personalized treatment plans. * Collaborate closely with nutritionists and other medical specialists. * Accurately document each patient’s progress in their medical records. * Occasionally participate in educational activities or informational content for patients. Requirements: * Licensed and registered Medical Doctor (MD). * Certified specialization in Endocrinology, as applicable. * Valid CMP (Professional Medical License) and RNE (National Registry of Health Professionals). * Valid professional practice license. * Experience in outpatient care. * Excellent communication skills and empathetic patient interaction. * Interest in preventive medicine, weight management, and metabolic health. * Prior experience working within multidisciplinary teams is desirable.
