We are currently seeking new talent to join our team as **General Services Operator – Lurín** WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? * Candidates with a minimum of 6 months’ experience in infrastructure maintenance (mandatory). * Residency in areas near Lurín (Acho bus stop). * Positive attitude, responsibility, and preventive knowledge of equipment. WHAT WILL BE THE CHALLENGE? * Reporting on corrective or preventive maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with the maintenance schedule. * Actively participating in executing maintenance programs for the HVAC ventilation system and compressed air system (injection/extraction), as well as calibration of plant instruments. * Properly caring for and maintaining equipment and tools assigned to you. * Maintaining assigned facilities in accordance with Organization, Order, and Cleanliness standards. * Performing preventive maintenance according to the established schedule for each area or structure (doors, windows, etc.). * Conducting corrective maintenance on facilities, based on issued maintenance work orders (properly completed and signed by the Maintenance Advisor) or as identified during daily area inspections. * Clearly and concisely recording information in relevant forms (e.g., air system maintenance, synthetic filter cleaning, etc.) related to processes under your responsibility, ensuring proper documentation including reports, maintenance work orders, and maintenance records. * Attending general training sessions on Good Manufacturing Practices; Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment; and area-specific training, as well as undergoing continuous evaluation. * Promptly communicating any non-conformities or incidents detected during maintenance activities. * Performing other tasks or duties assigned by the area supervisor.
