





**Education** * Graduate or degree holder in **Business Administration**, **Psychology**, **Law**, or **Human Resources Management**. * Technical qualification in Human Resources (from institutions such as Cibertec, Idat, Certus, or Sencico). * Short courses in payroll, Peruvian labor legislation, or use of electronic tools are desirable. * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas for labor calculations). **Experience** * Between **1 to 3 years** in HR departments. * Experience in SMEs. * End-to-end process management: recruitment, contracts, payroll calculation, and severance settlements. **Typical Responsibilities in an SME** * Recruitment and selection of personnel. * Attendance and vacation tracking. * Employee relations (workplace climate, resolution of inquiries). * Coordination of procedures for staff credentialing with clients prior to site entry. * Management, organization, and maintenance of up-to-date personnel documentation per project (medical examinations, training records, insurance policies, police background checks, etc.). **Personal Competencies** * Proactive, organized, and discreet. * Strong communication skills and empathy (direct interaction with all staff members). * Residence in Lima.
