**Position Purpose** Lead and oversee comprehensive Human Resources management, ensuring the proper execution of recruitment, selection, development, workplace climate, employee well-being, and labor relations processes, aligned with the strategic objectives of C\&R Integral Service. **Functions:** * Design and implement the annual human resources plan according to the company's strategic objectives. * Supervise recruitment, selection, and talent evaluation processes for operational, technical, and administrative positions. * Coordinate induction, training, and performance evaluation processes. * Manage personnel administration: attendance, contracts, records, and compliance with current labor regulations. * Promote a positive work environment through integration and employee well-being activities. * Coordinate occupational health and safety actions with the respective department. * Prepare management reports and indicators (turnover, absenteeism, performance, work climate). * Advise management in decision-making related to human talent management. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, Industrial Relations, or related fields. * Minimum of **3 to 5 years** of experience leading Human Resources departments in service, industrial, or mining companies (preferably MYPE or SME). * Solid knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation and competency-based management. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and digital HR platforms. * Leadership skills, assertive communication, and results orientation. * **Availability to work on-site** in Lima. * **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Conditions:** * Employment type: MYPE payroll * Work location: Lima, Jesús María Job type: Full-time Application question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
