Rehabilitation Center, Rekovery Health \& Sports, is seeking a **Medical Technologist in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation**, **specialist in Pediatric Language Therapy**, to join our multidisciplinary team in San Borja. The main focus of the position will be the **assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention in pediatric population**, addressing language, speech, voice, and communication disorders. Additionally, the professional will participate in **physical activity, therapy, and rehabilitation programs aimed at older adults**, collaborating in the planning and implementation of functional workshops oriented toward physical well-being and prevention of motor limitations. **Main Responsibilities** **Pediatric Area (Language Therapy):** * Assess and diagnose language, speech, voice, and communication difficulties in children. * Develop and implement personalized treatment plans. * Coordinate with parents and caregivers regarding home support strategies. * Maintain clinical records and progress reports. **Older Adults Area (Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation):** * Collaborate in physical activity programs and movement workshops. * Assist in physical and motor rehabilitation sessions. * Promote autonomy, mobility, and physical well-being in older adults. * Participate in group activities oriented toward active aging. **Requirements** * Degree as **Medical Technologist in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation**. * **Current and active professional license**. * **Specialization or proven experience in Pediatric Language Therapy.** * **Desirable experience or interest in physical activity and rehabilitation programs for older adults.** * Minimum **1 year of professional experience.** * Availability to work **afternoon shifts (on-site in San Borja).** * Good interpersonal skills, empathy, and commitment to interdisciplinary work. **We Offer** * Employment under **MYPE payroll** (legal benefits). * **Warm, collaborative, and professional work environment.** * **Competitive salary according to experience and competencies.** * Opportunities for **training and professional development.** * Participation in community health and rehabilitation projects and programs.
