Requirements: * Minimum 06 months of experience as a motorized delivery driver. * Availability from Monday to Saturday during the following shifts: * SHIFT SCHEDULE 1: From 5:30 am to 1:30 pm * SHIFT SCHEDULE 2: From 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm * Valid documentation: Current driver's license, vehicle registration, current SOAT insurance, and technical inspection. * Familiarity with various routes in metropolitan Lima. * Proficiency in using location and traffic alert applications. * Possession of a mobile device for operating the Drivin application. * No criminal, police, or judicial records. Responsibilities: * Deliver assigned goods within metropolitan Lima. * Route approximately 30-40 delivery points per zone (west, east, north, and south). * Manage delivery slips, settlements, and required reporting. * Perform checklists when transporting items prone to damage during transit. * Strong communication and customer service skills. **We offer:** * Monthly salary of S/ 1600 * Employment contract starting from day one. * Monthly performance bonus for delivery effectiveness (+200) for over 98% delivery success rate. * Biweekly and end-of-month payments. * Sundays off. * Positive work environment.
