We are currently seeking a MULTIFUNCTIONAL **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Approach customers entering the store and identify their needs. * Offer comprehensive solutions to customers through personalized service. * Apply service protocols, maintain eye contact and appropriate body language during the sales process. * Build customer loyalty through positive attitude and thorough product knowledge. * Achieve assigned store performance targets. * Coordinate with the store supervisor to ensure proper product stock display and verify correct pricing. * Maintain permanent order and cleanliness within the store. * Receive, inspect, and organize incoming products to warehouse or store, ensuring they meet established quality standards. * Classify, code, and label merchandise according to type or category, ensuring proper placement and easy identification. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in multifunctional or similar roles (mandatory). * Good physical condition suitable for performing job duties. * Availability to work full-time. * Availability to work from Monday to Sunday with one rotating day off per week. **Benefits:** * Employment under the General Regime with full social benefits from the first day of work (Vacations, CTS, Bonus, Family Allowance, Essalud). * Life insurance as per law * Salary S/ 1130 * Mobility bonus S/ 70 * Corporate discounts. * Profit sharing * SCTR.
