**OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY (OHS) COORDINATOR** We are **SOLUGRIFOS S.A.C.**, a 100% Peruvian company with extensive experience in the hydrocarbons sector. Currently, we seek to incorporate into our team a professional committed to prevention and excellence in Occupational Health and Safety. **Requirements:** * Technical or university graduate in OHS, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of OHS experience in the hydrocarbons sector or service stations (MANDATORY). * Experience implementing OHS management systems (Law No. 29783 / ISO 45001). * Experience conducting internal and external audits. * Proficiency in IPERC, PETS, ATS, risk matrices, and action plans. * Experience in inspections/surveillance by SUNAFIL and/or OSINERGMIN. * Ability to prepare reports, indicators, and incident investigations. * **Knowledge of Environmental Management, Environmental Monitoring, fieldwork, and documentation.** * **Development and management of IMA’s, IAA’s, and Waste Manifests.** * **Proficiency in SIGERSOL, PLUS D, and OEFA platforms.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Implement, maintain, and improve the OHS Management System. * Coordinate and lead internal audits and follow-up on findings. * Prepare documentation and evidence for regulatory inspections. * Attend inspections conducted by SUNAFIL, OSINERGMIN, or other authorities. * Conduct safety inductions, trainings, and safety talks. * Manage work permits, inspections, and distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Prepare reports, indicators, and incident/accident investigations. * Coordinate corrective and preventive actions. **Benefits:** * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Opportunity for professional growth. * Career path based on performance. * Stability and long-term prospects within the hydrocarbons industry. * Monthly salary between PEN 2,300 and PEN 2,800.
