Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist (Temporary Projects) **Position:** Occupational Health and Safety Specialist **Type:** Temporary / Project-based contract **Location:** Lima – Industrial building construction sites **Objective** To supervise compliance with occupational health and safety regulations during temporary projects, especially in activities related to **industrial building construction, working at heights, and hot work**, high-risk tasks, protecting workers' integrity. **Main Responsibilities** * Implement and monitor compliance with the safety plan on each project. * Supervise critical activities (working at heights, welding, cutting, grinding). * Provide **on-site safety inductions and training** to temporary personnel. * Verify correct use of **PPE** and ensure safe working conditions. * Prepare safety reports, incident reports, and preventive recommendations. **Requirements** * Technical degree or Bachelor's studies in Industrial Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * **Minimum 2 years of experience** in industrial building construction. * Experience in **working at heights and hot work**. * Availability for temporary / project-based contracts. **Conditions** * Daily pay: **S/ 120 per day** (negotiable based on project duration and experience). * Temporary project-based contract. * Opportunity to participate in future company projects based on performance.
