




**We are looking for a RECEPTIONIST for our aesthetic center in Miraflores!** If you are organized, proactive, and have experience in the health or aesthetics industry, this is your opportunity to join a team committed to excellence. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in clinics, medical centers, or aesthetic centers. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and management tools. * Intermediate English (desirable). * Excellent writing, spelling, and communication skills. * Availability to work **in-person** in **Miraflores**. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Patient service, admissions, and appointment scheduling in the system. * Preparation of budgets according to medical instructions. * Daily inventory control (product entries and exits). * Coordination of executive schedule and direct support to Management. * Invoicing. * Post-sale follow-up and customer loyalty program management. **Schedule: 48 hours per week** * Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. * Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. **Position type:** Full-time – in-person mode.
