We are looking for a Recruitment and Selection Assistant to join our team. Requirements: * Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or personnel selection. * Ability to work in a team, under pressure, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9AM to 6PM and Saturdays from 9AM to 1PM. * Availability to work on-site in Lima Cercado. Responsibilities: * Post and promote job opportunities through various media and channels. * Perform resume screening and candidate pre-selection. * Coordinate / conduct virtual or in-person interviews and competency assessments. * Maintain updated candidate database and follow-up records. * Assist in organizing events and job fairs.
