Requirements Graduated in: Administration International Business Tourism Administration Economics Industrial Engineering Commercial Engineering or related fields Minimum 3 years of experience supervising sales teams in call centers. Intermediate Excel proficiency. Knowledge of: Pivot tables Statistics and charts Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and results orientation. Experience in the commercial area. Responsibilities Implement and supervise sales strategies and forecasts. Restructure commercial area processes. Monitor and manage sales programs and KPIs. Provide guidance and coordination to the sales team. Implement traditional marketing strategies. Develop and execute commercial plans. We Offer Salary: S/ 1,800 – S/ 2,000 (based on evaluation). Full payroll coverage from day one. Shifts: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Night shift bonus: S/ 150 (for evening shift). Rotating weekend rest (Saturday or Sunday).
