At INDUSTRIAS DEL PAPEL, we are seeking top talent for the position of Mechanical Maintenance Leader at our Chaclacayo–Ñaña plant. **Requirements**: * Mechanical Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer, or related field; or Mechanical Technician with proven experience in industrial maintenance. * Knowledge of mechanical maintenance of machinery, preferably in paper manufacturing companies or, alternatively, in other industrial companies. Maintenance management—including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance—mechanical failure diagnosis, development of technical procedures, reading and interpretation of engineering drawings, mechanical part design, spare parts analysis, and continuous improvement. * Minimum 3 years’ experience leading technical teams in mechanical maintenance within industrial plants. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with availability for overtime on 2–3 days per week. **Responsibilities**: * Oversee execution of the daily mechanical maintenance plan. * Provide technical support to mechanical technicians. * Supervise compliance with procedures, manuals, drawings, work instructions, and technical documentation. * Develop and update written maintenance procedures, technical standards, and intervention protocols. * Generate technical drawings of mechanical parts, components, and spare parts requiring fabrication or replacement. * Manage requests for spare parts, materials, and required services. * Produce weekly technical reports on activity completion, deviations, and field findings. **Employment Conditions**: * Formal employment contract from day one. * Health insurance. * Pension system contributions. * Statutory life insurance. * Vacation leave. * Compensatory time off (CTS). * Mid-year and year-end bonuses (July and December). * Eligibility for family allowance (if applicable). * Paid vacation leave.
