Negociar SAC, a company marketing raw materials, chemical and medical supplies, and laboratory products with over 40 years in the market, is currently seeking a Technical Sales Advisor. Requirements: Professional in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, Pharmacy, or a related field, with experience in technical sales. Responsibilities: Maintain and grow sales across the full range of products relevant to clients, being capable of training oneself and other advisors to achieve monthly and annual sales targets as established by the company. Acquire and/or develop a client portfolio to support continued growth. Conduct virtual or in-person meetings with clients to understand their needs, requirements, annual projections, and new projects. Perform market research and project execution (process presentation, response to inquiries, cost calculations, and sales price suggestions) so that the commercial department can meet all requirements for successful client proposals. Generate quotations considering product-related factors and documentation (pricing, regulatory compliance by state entities or similar), coordinating with relevant departments to ensure correct invoicing and delivery. Keep daily visit reports updated to maintain better awareness of clients' product needs. Conduct brand- or specialty-specific trainings and resolve technical inquiries from sales advisors to better prepare them in addressing customer questions and concerns. Plan and coordinate events related to the assigned brand (in-person or online), actively participating to enhance brand recognition and sales, adding value. Maintain a complete database: updated RUC and company name, invoice delivery addresses and facilities, all contact methods, job positions, and relevant information from other areas, ensuring all client fields are fully completed to optimize communication. Provide solutions and resolve contingencies in coordination with relevant departments within Negociar SAC as part of after-sales service, aiming for customer satisfaction.
