Arca Continental is currently seeking top talent to fill the position of: WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 6 months of recent experience as a warehouse operator, warehouse assistant, or production worker (RECOMMENDED). * Experience in picking, packing, and product sorting (DESIRABLE). * Possession of a certificate of completed secondary education or C04 from RENIEC (MANDATORY) \- Availability to work rotating shifts (6am to 2pm \- 2pm to 10pm \- 10pm to 6am). * Must reside in Pucusana, Chilca, or Mala RESPONSIBILITIES: * Follow quality, environmental, occupational health and safety standards. * Comply with existing control measures described in the IPER matrix (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) and the environmental aspects matrix. * Identify non-conforming products among operational products. * Perform unloading of units arriving from routes. * Record product losses occurring within the warehouse. * Transfer damaged products to the exchange area. * Maintain control of product batches and/or entry dates to ensure proper rotation. * Keep products clean and in good condition. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the assigned area.
