At C\&R Integral Service, we are looking for **Construction Helpers** to support the execution of fieldwork related to telecommunications projects. The purpose of this position is to provide operational assistance in basic civil construction, installation, and assembly activities, under the direct supervision of the assigned technician or skilled worker. **Main Responsibilities:** * Carry, transport, and organize materials, tools, and equipment at the job site. * Assist in trenching, conduit installation, cable laying, and structure installation. * Support technicians and skilled workers in basic installation and assembly tasks. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working area. * Comply with safety protocols and mandatory use of PPE. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 6 months of experience in civil works, construction, electrical work, or telecommunications. * Good physical condition and willingness to perform manual labor. * Punctuality, responsibility, and commitment to assigned tasks. * Availability for fieldwork in various areas of Lima. * Residence in Metropolitan Lima. **Benefits:** * Project-based stable employment. * Integration into experienced technical teams. * Ongoing on-site training. * Possibility of continuation based on performance.
