REQUISITOS: * Basic knowledge in excavation, backfilling, and other civil construction activities. * Basic knowledge of reading blueprints, drywall installation, UPVC panel installation, interior painting and finishing, electrical and sanitary installations. * Technical studies in civil construction desirable. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a worker or civil operator in a mining unit. * Fit to work at over 4,500 meters above sea level in Huaraz. * Under a 14\*7 work schedule. * Immediate availability to work. FUNCIONES: * Perform excavation, backfilling, and other tasks within assigned projects. * Assist in demolition of reinforced concrete structures (sidewalks, curbs, etc.). * Load and unload construction materials. * Work collaboratively with the construction team, following instructions and technical specifications. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with safety regulations at all times. * Assist in various tasks as required by project needs.
