Candidate requirements ACCIONA in its WATER business is seeking a Property Security Manager who meets the following profile: Functions:* Advise General Management and other management levels on policies, procedures, and safety, prevention, protection, and investigation standards related to all activities concerning physical and facility security, machinery, equipment, vehicles, and materials, prioritizing worker safety and health. * Conduct a study and/or assessment of physical and property security within and outside the company's facilities (offices, warehouses, pedestrian access, vehicle access, visitor control, field personnel, field vehicles, etc.), as well as external security, always prioritizing workers' lives and health. * Establish a procedure for controlling entry and exit of personnel, vehicles, and company assets. * Monitor vehicles, equipment, and machinery in the field, reporting any incidents such as driver speeding or route deviations, always prioritizing workers' lives and health. * Verify and follow up that all personnel driving company-owned vehicles have proper and valid documentation, ensuring that the documentation matches the assigned vehicle, reporting traffic violations for appropriate penalties, as well as speeding for accident prevention. * Assist, accompany, and advise employees at police institutions in cases of losses, robberies, and/or traffic accidents, to ensure clarification of facts for the benefit of employees and the company. * Coordinate with Safety Engineers, Base Coordinators, and Operational Base Coordinating Engineers the preparation and implementation of Prevention, Response, and Contingency Plans for emergency situations. * Act as intermediary between the company and the insurance provider in case of any type of incident, for which they must have clear knowledge of the respective insurance policies. * Review and monitor vehicle and machinery checklists, ensuring they always have the required documents and safety equipment in good condition and up to date. * Carry out intelligence and counterintelligence tasks to detect and prevent thefts and robberies inside and outside company facilities. * Conduct unannounced visits and inspections of personnel performing field activities, maintaining positive working relationships. * Report and/or communicate to Base Coordinators any contingency, incident, or observation detected during operations, both within and outside company facilities. * Receive and inspect the vehicle in all cases of handover and receipt to ensure proper functioning and, above all, that it is equipped with the established safety equipment for both themselves and their team members. Requirements:* Former member of Police and/or Military Forces, Officer or Non-Commissioned Officer of Police and/or Military Institutions * Minimum 2 years in similar positions * Personnel management experience. * Knowledge of police and insurance matters. * Knowledge of civil and criminal regulations and procedures.
