Requirements: Completed secondary education (technical studies preferred). Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a forklift operator in industrial plants, warehouses, or distribution centers. Experience operating counterbalanced forklifts (combustion and electric). Valid forklift operation certification (mandatory). Valid Class A1 driver's license. Experience handling materials, pallets, and high-volume loads. Experience transporting materials, supplying production lines, and dispatching finished products. Knowledge of industrial safety standards (preferred). Experience changing LPG gas cylinders or charging batteries is preferred. Availability to work on-site under a 4x3 shift schedule (4 days of work and 3 days of rest). Responsibilities: Operate counterbalanced forklifts (electric and/or combustion) in production and warehouse areas. Supply production lines with materials according to daily requirements. Transport finished products to storage and dispatch areas. Inspect pallets and loads, ensuring proper handling and stacking. Comply with safety procedures for forklift operation and chemical handling. Conduct daily forklift inspections and report malfunctions or maintenance needs. Assist with loading and unloading trucks within the plant. Maintain order, cleanliness, and signage in assigned work areas.
