**Position Summary:** We are seeking a Project Architect with a high level of detail and technical focus, capable of translating design concepts into complete, construction-ready technical documents. Your primary objective will be to ensure the construction team receives accurate drawings and clear specifications that eliminate ambiguity and guarantee flawless execution. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Technical Documentation Development:** Prepare the full set of project drawings, including architectural floor plans, sections, elevations, and specialized drawings (lighting, finishes, false ceilings, etc.). * **Furniture Detailing:** Design and detail custom-built furniture (kitchens, closets, TV units, office furniture) primarily focused on melamine. This includes creating panel layout drawings, material specifications, hardware, and system details. * **Finish Schedules:** Develop detailed finish schedules specifying materials, codes, installation patterns, and measurements, ensuring consistency with the conceptual design. * **Construction Details:** Draw specific construction details (material junctions, joints, special installations) required to resolve critical project points before they reach the construction site. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure all project designs (layout, circulation, safety, accessibility) comply with the National Building Regulations (RNE) and relevant municipal codes. * **Coordination of Disciplines:** Integrate engineering drawings (electrical, plumbing, structural) into the project, verifying their compatibility with the architectural design. * **3D Modeling:** 3D modeling and rendering of renovated areas. **Essential Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree or professional title in Architecture. * **Work Experience:** Minimum of one and a half years (1.5 years) of proven experience as a Project Architect, Architectural Draftsperson, or Interior Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating detailing expertise. * **Technical Knowledge (Key):** * Demonstrable experience in melamine furniture design. * In-depth knowledge of finishing materials, applications, and installation methods. * Solid understanding of the National Building Regulations (RNE). * **Software:** * Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD (essential for detailing). * Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or similar). * Competence in MS Excel for developing schedules and specifications. * **Soft Skills:** * **Attention to Detail:** Critical ability for this role; must be meticulous and precise. * **Organization:** Ability to manage documentation across multiple projects. * **Communication:** Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and concise drawings. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Experience with quantity takeoffs and cost estimation. * Prior experience in residential and commercial sectors. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
