Trading and service company seeking a person to join our team in the Logistics and Warehouse process. \- Coordination and optimization of all logistics-related activities including supplier sourcing, procurement, and distribution. \- Preparation of purchase orders for supply according to process requirements. \- Search, select, and manage purchases with local suppliers, maintaining an appropriate supplier directory and conducting annual supplier evaluations. \- Ensure purchases are delivered within specified timeframes and carry out appropriate follow-ups. \- Responsible for processing merchandise returns. \- Responsible for visual verification of all warehouse entries, both local and international, regarding models, quantities, and current inventory status. \- Coordinate with the area supervisor for technical inspection of any acquired equipment or goods prior to warehouse entry approval. \- Review minimum stock levels in coordination with Warehouse and request imports as needed. \- Receive and manage customer order fulfillment and dispatch instructions. \- Follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction with proper communication to the client regarding OC/OS fulfillment. \- Create and maintain shipping document archives. \- Responsible for ensuring every project or task remains within its individual budget and request required approvals in case of overruns. \- Coordinate transportation, storage, and distribution processes for all purchases made. \- Maintain a pool of suppliers and reference costs for materials, as well as outsourced logistics support such as transporters, etc. \- Monitor key performance indicators of the process. \- Maintain inventory and tool records (kardex).
