We are looking for an **Operations Assistant \- Procurement and Logistics** capable of managing the entire supply chain: from purchasing to delivery, optimizing time and costs. It is essential that the candidate has proven experience in procurement, supplier negotiation, and logistical coordination. **Requirements:** * Graduate professional in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields (mandatory). * Intermediate written English proficiency. * Intermediate Excel skills. * **2\-3 years of experience in national and international procurement**, supplier negotiations, and logistics (mandatory). * Experience in import operations (highly valued). * Knowledge of construction materials (desirable). **Responsibilities:** * Identify, negotiate, and finalize agreements with national and international suppliers. * Coordinate import operations with customs agents and manage documentation. * Organize shipments and routes together with warehouse and transportation staff. * Manage purchase orders, delivery timelines, and key conditions. * Resolve logistical issues promptly and effectively. * Propose improvements to optimize operational processes. * Communicate with clients and ensure complete and timely final deliveries. **Working conditions:** * Formal employment from day one: CTS, bonuses, vacation, Essalud. * Starting salary of S/.1800 * Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. * Onsite work at the office (San Isidro). * Corporate phone and pleasant working environment. * Opportunity to learn about administrative management and various business areas.
