DESCRIPTION An important company is seeking a professional to fill the position of Contract Manager with the following responsibilities: * Implement effective commercial governance and an appropriate structure for managing the project's main contract. * Proactively manage all components of the main contract, including cost analysis, schedule, and commercial risks. * Ensure proper project setup and correct integration of payment terms established in the contract into existing systems. REQUIREMENTS * Professional degree in Law, Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management and contract management within a similar industry. * Experience in large projects under EPCM, EPC, EP, PMC, Design\-Build models. * Familiarity with FIDIC White contracts.
