**\#JobOpportunity ✨** At Kantaya, a nonprofit organization, we aim to transform the lives of vulnerable children in Peru through quality education. **Head of New Business** **Mission:** Design and lead growth strategies for Kantaya and Podera to ensure goal achievement. **Responsibilities** * Lead commercial and financial strategy. * Manage the implementation of nationwide in-person and virtual scalability and sustainability strategies, from acquiring new users/donors through conversion and retention, as well as developing new markets, niches, or channels. * Propose opportunities to ensure goal attainment and strategy development through data analysis. * Develop indicators to identify improvements and adjust strategies. * Establish partners (educational and social organizations, government, and companies) to build strategic alliances aligned with objectives. **Requirements** * **Education**: Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles or in education, leading multidisciplinary teams. * **Knowledge**: Technological skills including data analysis, digital marketing tools, AI, and project management. Scalability and sales strategies, preferably in the education sector. Financial knowledge.
