Job Summary: We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to resolve sales point incidents, filter reports for development, and provide virtual support for the sales system. Key Responsibilities: 1. Resolve incidents reported by sales points 2. Filter incidents for the development team 3. Support virtual management of the sales system On behalf of our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, we are looking for: **(1) Help Desk Analyst** **What are we looking for?** * Technical or university graduates in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, or related fields. * 1 year of experience in help desk support. * Knowledge of BDA or BDA queries. * Basic networking knowledge. * Familiarity with a ticketing tool. **What will you do?** * Provide solutions to incidents reported by sales points. * Filter incidents reported to the development team. * Support sales points in managing the sales system. * No face-to-face interaction with users; all support is provided virtually. **What do we offer?** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Salary: S/. 1400 per month. * Remote work (with availability for on-site work as required). * The first two weeks will be training at the office (La Victoria), Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; thereafter, remote operations. * Shift schedule: Rotating — Monday to Sunday (time range: 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM / 48 hours per week / 1 day off during the week) * Laptop provided by the consulting firm. * Availability to work on holidays.
