Our 93,000 employees operate a network of 2,600 offices and laboratories, working together to enable a better, safer and more interconnected world. **Job Description** Provide technical and operational support to the project supervision team in civil, mechanical, electrical, and automation areas, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and schedule standards established in the projects **“Big Bag Dispatch”** and **“Cement Transport from Peng Fei Mills to Silo 8”** **Qualifications*** **Graduated professional or university degree holder** in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Industrial Engineering. * **1 to 3 years of experience** in industrial construction, EPC projects, mining, or cement plants. * Knowledge of **construction processes**, blueprint reading, and quality control. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD (2D)**, **MS Project**, and **Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)**. * Basic knowledge of **ACI, ASTM, NTP, NEC** or equivalent standards. * Desirable knowledge in **progress control (S-curve, SPI, earned value)**. * Availability to work at an industrial plant (Arequipa) and perform extended shifts when required by the project. **Additional Information*** Support in the **supervision of civil, mechanical, and electrical works** during construction, installation, and commissioning phases. * Participate in **quality control**, verifying materials, protocols, and field tests. * Prepare and consolidate **daily and weekly progress reports** (production, safety, resources). * Assist in **tracking execution schedules** and monitoring EPC contractor milestones. * Collaborate in document management (transmittals, RFI, punch list, As-Built drawings, technical reports). * Support in the **validation of monthly project billing** and expense control. * Coordinate with safety and environmental teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
