




**Production Assistant** A recognized company in the fish and seafood sector invites you to join its team of collaborators **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in analysis and process improvement in plant operations (fishery products). * Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries Engineering. * Knowledge of ISO 9001, OHSAS, ISO 45001, Process Management, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, POES (desirable). * Candidates must have the ability to work under pressure, good communication skills, and analytical capabilities. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze production processes and identify improvements. * Conduct internal audits. * Process documentation and data entry. * Verify receipt of resources, parameters established by the company, and storage conditions. * Check product condition against quality parameters during goods receipt, storage, and dispatch. * Inspect warehouses and external areas using established formats, record findings, and perform phytosanitary controls on temperature and humidity of hydrobiological products. * Monitor and analyze quality indicator systems, as well as prepare reports on good storage practices. * Track corrective and preventive action requests. * Submit reports requested by management in response to various incidents. * Implement HACCP, GMP, and POES systems. **Benefits:** * Salary of S/. 1,850.00 Peruvian soles on MYPE payroll with all statutory benefits. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,850.00 per month Work location: On-site
