We are currently looking for a Project Engineer to join our operations team. The selected professional will be responsible for leading the implementation of electronic security systems projects, as well as supervising the technical and administrative progress of each project phase. Experience: ⁻ Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a site manager in the implementation of projects (design, installation, configuration, and testing) in Electronic Security (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion, and Fire Detection). ⁻ Experience managing field teams (technicians, contractors) and leadership skills. ⁻ Proficient in handling project schedules, budgets, and reporting. ⁻ Complementary experience desirable in structured cabling projects (copper and fiber), including fiber optic installation, splicing, testing, copper cabling installation and certification, and wireless links. ⁻ Knowledge of data networks and IP protocols (for video and access control); CCNA certification is desirable. ⁻ Ability to develop procedures, reports, and quality documentation. ⁻ Computer skills: Intermediate level in Office Suite, AutoCAD, and MS Project. ⁻ Ability to read electrical and communications blueprints. ⁻ Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality. \- Interested candidates must be available to work in Lima, with travel to other provinces according to project requirements. \- Driver's license is desirable.
