If you are a proactive professional with management skills and a results-oriented mindset, we want you! **Requirements:** * **Education:** Industrial Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or Energy Engineer (licensed and duly registered with the professional association). * **Experience:** Minimum 10 years in project management. * **Knowledge:** Certified training in time study and performance calculation. * **Competencies:** Leadership, ability to ensure methodological integration of desk-based studies, and team management. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead the technical execution of the study. * Responsible for displacement and execution time studies. * Ensure proper methodological integration of studies. **Conditions:** * Contract: Specific service (Duration: 2 months). * Work schedule: 48 hours per week. * Location: Lima.
