**EDUCATION** * Completed studies in Safety Engineering / Environmental Engineering or other engineering fields * Postgraduate degree in Industrial Safety or related disciplines. **WORK EXPERIENCE** * 1 year of experience in Occupational Safety and Health. **COMPETENCIES** * Working under pressure. * Communication. * Teamwork. * Leadership. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop and manage the SSOMA file for new services. * Develop the Safety and Occupational Health Plan applicable to the project, in accordance with company standards and policies. * Develop and implement the project's Emergency Plan, coordinating and controlling its training. * Implement the safety induction program for all new personnel or visitors entering the project. * Implement occupational safety and health training programs for operational and administrative staff. * Conduct 5-minute safety talks and supervise associated field documentation. * Manage work permits required for the execution of safe activities. * Supervise plant personnel authorization and control the entry of personnel and vehicles. * Prevent risks during work activities at plant and workshop sites. * Conduct daily and periodic inspections of equipment, tools, and PPE. * Implement an incident and accident reporting program, with monitoring and statistical control. * Evaluate and minimize risks and losses in operations. * Prepare technical and management reports related to SSOMA. * Interpret laws, regulations, resolutions, and agreements related to accident prevention, occupational diseases, and environmental protection. * Supervise and inspect that all work is carried out in compliance with the Environmental Management Plan. * Perform other duties as required by supervisors or according to project needs. * Assist in editing PETS reports and Contingency Plans. **IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY** * Work rotating shifts Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130.00 - S/.2,200.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
