We are looking for a **Security Engineer** to strengthen the **security of identities and privileged access** in a hybrid environment (on\-premise and cloud). You will have a direct impact on operational continuity, compliance, and protection of critical information. What you will do * Assess and document the current state of privileged access and integrations. * Design and implement **PAM controls** (roles, policies, vaults, credential rotation). * Integrate with **LDAP/AD/Azure AD** and orchestrate secure access workflows. * Configure alerts, logs, and reports for **traceability and auditing**. * Ensure compliance with **PCI\-DSS, ISO 27001, and local regulations**. * Integrate with **SIEM/SOAR** and support incident response. * Maintain **procedures, manuals, and diagrams**; train users and teams. * Execute **post\-change/migration testing** and continuous improvement of controls. What we are looking for * **1–2\+ years** of experience in IT Security (identity and access management). * Experience in **PAM** (essential; ideally **BeyondTrust** at intermediate level). * Knowledge of **Azure AD** (basic–intermediate). * Desirable: **SIEM** (Splunk/QRadar or similar), **PowerShell/Bash** for automation, **ServiceNow**, **Confluence/SharePoint**. * Intermediate English (technical reading). * Experience in **hybrid environments** and collaboration with infrastructure, application, and compliance teams.
