Job Summary: We are seeking a Physical and Sensory Analyst with experience in food laboratories and knowledge of quality regulations and analytical methodologies. Key Highlights: 1. Requires solid experience in food laboratory. **PHYSICAL AND SENSORY ANALYST** * University Graduate (Mandatory) in Fisheries Engineering, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or related fields. \- Licensed professional * Graduate Technician from a Higher Institute (Mandatory) with specialization in analysis. **KNOWLEDGE** Knowledge of ISO 17025 ❑ Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines ❑ Knowledge of basic statistics ❑ Knowledge of basic metrology ❑ Knowledge of measurement uncertainty ❑ Knowledge of analytical methodologies ❑ Knowledge of GLP ❑ Knowledge of validation ❑ Basic knowledge of concepts according to specialty. **MANDATORY EXPERIENCE** * Minimum 3 years as a Physical and Sensory Food Laboratory Analyst (University Graduate) * Minimum 4 years as a Physical and Sensory Food Laboratory Analyst (Technical Graduate) **POSITION TYPE** * Full-time Position type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Are you currently employed? * What is your salary expectation? * Do you hold a valid professional license?
