Job Description: **We are looking for an INVENTORY SUPERVISOR.** **Requirements:** * Professional in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or similar positions. * Desired experience in importing companies or retail sector. * Advanced proficiency in Office and Power BI (desirable). * Experience leading teams. * Availability to work in Callao. * Results-oriented with a focus on process optimization. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control and manage warehouse inventory of products. * Analyze cyclic and general inventories, as well as discrepancies between physical stock and system records. * Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure higher productivity and efficiency in receiving, storage, and dispatch processes. * Implement and ensure compliance with good practice policies across all warehouse processes. * Establish and monitor KPIs for tracking, performance, and productivity. * Organize and supervise merchandise transfers to ensure timely delivery to destinations. * Supervise warehouse organization, cleanliness, and condition of assets to ensure proper functioning. * Optimize transportation routes to reduce delivery times. * Identify improvement opportunities and continuously train staff. * Prepare weekly and monthly reports on inventory and warehouse management and control. * Prepare monthly reports based on established KPIs. **Benefits:** * Full payroll benefits as per labor law. * Bi-weekly payments. * 60% lunch subsidy. * Career development opportunities. * Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:15 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Position type: Full-time Application questions: * In which industries or sectors have you worked (industrial, commercial, services, etc.)? * What are your salary expectations?
