Our client, a leading Logistics Operator in Southern Lima, is looking to hire the best professional with the following profile: **Requirements:** * Completed university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Preferably specialized in Logistics, Operations Management, or Supply Chain. * Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in operations manager or operations supervisor roles. * Proven experience in distribution centers (essential, preferably 5 years). * Mandatory experience in management (Procurement, Customer Service, Suppliers, others). * Experience in warehouse management, distribution, transportation, value-added services, and reverse logistics. * Proficient in ERP tools and warehouse management systems (WMS). * Management and control of logistics indicators (KPIs). * Microsoft Office (intermediate level, with emphasis on Excel). * Supplier negotiation and process standardization. * Management of computer resources for optimization. **Job Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and optimize organizational operations. * Lead and control the procurement process, ensuring optimal conditions in price, quality, timelines, and delivery. * Design logistics strategies focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and timely fulfillment. * Implement continuous process improvements using key performance indicators (KPIs) and technological tools. * Manage process standardization. * Analyze and report operational results to Country Management. * Lead and train assigned personnel, promoting professional development and ensuring required performance levels.
