Currently, we are seeking to add an Operations and Collections Supervisor – Field to our team at our Lima location. Requirements: Completed, ongoing, or incomplete university or technical studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 2 years of experience leading collections teams, field operations, and/or call centers (mandatory). Experience managing early and delinquent portfolios. Intermediate level Excel skills (desirable). Knowledge of management indicators, KPI monitoring, and operational strategies. Leadership, effective communication, negotiation, adaptability, and stress tolerance skills. Availability to work in Santa Anita, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Willingness to travel. Main Responsibilities: Ensure achievement of departmental objectives and targets. Analyze, assign, and monitor the portfolio of the team under supervision. Supervise, monitor, and report daily on management indicators (KPIs). Design, implement, and evaluate collection strategies. Coordinate, train, and supervise field-based motorized collectors. Develop work plans aligned with company and client objectives. Maintain smooth communication with clients and participate in coordination meetings. Provide support in collection and receivables management across Metropolitan Lima.
