Our sales team drives measurable results by identifying new market opportunities and delivering value to partners. **Proposed Role: Business Development Manager – Oracle** **Responsibilities:** * Design and execute the local business plan for Oracle, ensuring achievement of revenue and growth targets. * Drive adoption of **Cloud Solutions, AI and Datacenter Solutions** in Peru and contribute to the regional expansion strategy. * Coordinate and align efforts with local subsidiaries in Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Uruguay, Costa Rica, Export LATAM, and Brazil. * Generate business opportunities together with KAMs and strengthen the value proposition to customers and channels. * Act as strategic liaison with Oracle, ensuring proper implementation of joint initiatives in the region. * Represent Ingram Micro at events, forums, and strategic meetings to position the Oracle\-Ingram Micro brand in Peru and LATAM. * Prepare periodic reports on results, forecasts, and market analysis to provide visibility to local and regional management. **Requirements and Experience:** * University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Technology, or related fields. * 5 years of experience in business development within the technology sector, ideally focused on software, cloud, or infrastructure solutions. * Experience working in regional environments and global companies. * Knowledge of the Oracle ecosystem or similar vendors in cloud, AI, and data center. * Proven ability to build alliances, develop growth plans, and manage relationships with manufacturers and strategic partners. * Advanced knowledge of Excel. * Advanced English (essential). **Let's shape tomorrow** Ingram Micro Peru is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
