REQUIREMENTS * Intermediate English (speaking & listening). * Availability to work 100% onsite on rotating shifts. * Students majoring in Hospitality and Tourism (desirable). * Experience in the hospitality industry (desirable). RESPONSIBILITIES * Responsible for managing reservations on digital platforms (Airbnb, Booking, Expedia, website, etc). * Responsible for guest experience before, during, and after their reservation. * Constant communication with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest coordination, and handling guest payments.
