RESPONSIBILITIES * Responsible for managing reservations on digital platforms (Airbnb, Booking, Expedia, website, etc). * Responsible for guest experience before, during, and after their reservation. * Constant communication with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest coordination, and handling guest payments.
