Your mission: Be the driving force behind our digital channel, coordinating strategies, campaigns, and conversions that deliver real results. **Your main responsibilities will include:** Coordinate the conversion process of leads generated through digital media. Respond to, prospect, and manage sales with customers interested in visiting our showroom. Keep website and marketplace information updated in coordination with strategic partners. Manage digital campaigns on social media and optimize the allocated budget. Prepare and update monthly digital reports, tracking both online and offline metrics. Design and execute digital strategies (SEM, SEO, among others) to strengthen our online presence. Follow up on sales channel processes and confirm stock availability. Comply with company procedures and Occupational Health and Safety regulations. Requirements **What you need to stand out:** **Education:** Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields. **Specialization:** Digital marketing and e-commerce (essential). **Languages:** Intermediate to advanced English. **Software:** Intermediate level in Excel and PowerPoint, SAP at user level. **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in similar roles. Knowledge of data analysis, vendor management, digital marketing, social media, and web sales.
