




We are looking for our next Reservation Executive in Lima - Peru, who will be responsible for managing and coordinating customer reservation requests, ensuring an efficient and satisfactory customer service experience. Responsibilities: Manage all necessary reservations: flights, hotels, transportation, and activities * Handle and manage customer reservation requests online. * Provide detailed information on product/service availability, rates, conditions, and additional options. * Confirm and record all reservations, ensuring an updated and organized system is maintained. * Resolve inquiries and issues related to reservations, offering quick and efficient solutions. * Manage reservation cancellations and modifications, ensuring company policies are applied.
