




**FUNCTIONS:** * Manage meeting schedules and visits from the different management areas. * Responsible for the proper control of documentation sent and received by management. * Draft letters, documents, or forms required by other entities. * Prepare activity reports when requested by management. * Conduct quotations for supplies required by the company. * Support in the import and customs clearance processes of goods. * Track the sales staff's schedule. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate or currently studying in International Business or Administration. * Intermediate level knowledge of Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Experience handling ERP systems (desirable). * Advanced English (written and spoken). **CONDITIONS:** * Competitive salary with all statutory benefits. * Work location: Magdalena del Mar * Work mode: On-site * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Position type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.2,400.00 - S/.2,500.00 per month Work location: On-site job
