RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist with customer inquiries, quotations, and commercial messages through social media and digital channels. * Support lead follow-up and database registration. * Provide assistance to key customers, ensuring personalized and efficient service. * Schedule campaigns on Meta. * Schedule weekly social media content and contribute creative ideas focused on customer acquisition and conversion. * Support the organization of commercial campaigns and promotional activities on digital platforms. * Participate in projects aimed at improving commercial service and marketing. SCHEDULE: * Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (on-site) * Location: Santiago de Surco, next to Universidad de Lima.
