Kaiyo Rolls is a Nikkei cuisine restaurant located in Miraflores near Parque Kennedy. We are looking to expand our operations by hiring a part-time waiter. Requirements: \- Completed secondary education, technical studies, or university studies. \- Intermediate or advanced level of English, sufficient to understand and communicate with foreign tourists (desirable and prioritized). \- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry (mandatory). \- Knowledge of Nikkei or Japanese cuisine (desirable). \- Experience in customer service. \- Ability to interact in a friendly and courteous manner. \- Convenient location for working in Miraflores. \- Strong service orientation. \- Responsible, professional, and honest conduct. \- Availability to work during the following hours: Friday and Saturday 7pm \- Midnight Sunday 7pm \- 11pm Responsibilities: \- Follow and comply with GMP standards and internal restaurant policies. \- Carry out end-of-shift procedures in the dining area. \- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. \- Handle delivery and in-house orders. \- Pay close attention to customer service, provide guidance on dish selection, anticipate any requests, and maintain a friendly attitude. \- Salary proposal based on experience.
